    CANCELATION POLICY

    One Way/Round-Trip Bookings - Cancellations for pick-ups, drop-offs, and transfers booked with GoRide must be received Twenty-Four (24) Hours before the contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 50% percent of the trip total. If cancellations are made within Four (4) hours before the contracted start time, you will forfeit 100% percent of the quoted trip total.

    Exclusive Hourly Bookings - Cancellations for bookings of hourly services must be made at least Seventy-Two (72) hours before the contracted start time to avoid a cancelation fee of 50% of the quoted fare.

    CANCELATION POLICY

    One Way/Round-Trip Bookings - Cancellations for pick-ups, drop-offs, and transfers booked with GoRide must be received Twelve (24) Hours before the contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 50% percent of the trip total.
