Welcome to GoRide Shuttle Service, operated by O&R Management, LLC. By accessing or using our website (https://www.goridela.com) or mobile app (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. General Information


GoRide Shuttle Service (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers private transportation services, including rides, transfers, and hourly bookings, facilitated via our website and app. We use third-party software for scheduling, payments, and notifications.


By navigating our website, providing personal information, or using our services, you consent to being contacted via email, SMS/text messages, or phone calls for notifications and service-related communication. Marketing-related messages require explicit opt-in consent.


2. Eligibility

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors may use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or refusal of service.


3. Bookings and Payments

Booking Process: Bookings must be confirmed via our website or app and are subject to availability.

Accepted Payments: We securely process payments through third-party systems. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and other options displayed during booking.

Pricing: Final costs, including taxes, surcharges, and surge pricing (if applicable), will be displayed during checkout.

Promotions: Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

International Travel: Customers traveling internationally must provide accurate flight details. Services may be adjusted to accommodate customs clearance or delays.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy


One-Way/Roundtrip Bookings

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the contracted start time or flight arrival time will forfeit 50% of the trip total.

• Cancellations made within 8 hours will result in forfeiture of 100% of the trip total.


Exclusive Hourly Bookings

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the contracted start time will forfeit 50% of the quoted fare.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit 100% of the quoted fare.


Additional Policies

Grace Period: Modify or cancel without penalty within 2 hours of booking, provided the service is not scheduled within the next 24 hours.

No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will result in full trip charges.

Late Arrivals by Driver: If a driver is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to our fault, you may request a partial refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Flight Delays: We will monitor flight status and adjust pickups accordingly. Delays exceeding 2 hours may incur additional fees.

Emergency Flexibility: Verified emergencies, such as hospitalization or natural disasters, may qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Documentation may be required.


Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.


5. Conduct and Safety

Passenger Behavior: Passengers must respect drivers and follow instructions. Disruptive behavior is prohibited.

Shared Rides: Passengers must arrive on time and respect other riders’ space.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Property Damage: Passengers are responsible for any damages. Cleaning fees up to $250 may apply for excessive mess.

Seatbelt Compliance: Seatbelt use is mandatory as per California law.


6. Pets and Service Animals

Service Animals: Permitted as required by law.

Non-Service Pets: Allowed at the discretion of GoRide Shuttle Service. Disclosure at booking is required.

Pet Fees: Fees may apply based on the size and accommodations for the animal.


7. Accessibility

8. Lost and Found Policy


GoRide Shuttle Service is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Found items will be kept for 14 days and must be claimed by the customer. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.


9. Liability and Disclaimers

Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or technical issues.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for service failures due to uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters or strikes.

Limits of Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.


10. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless O&R Management, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.


11. Updates to Terms


Policy updates will be posted on our website. Changes take effect IMMEDIATELY. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
