CANCELLATION POLICY

One Way/Round-Trip Bookings - Cancellations for pick-ups, drop-offs, and transfers booked with GoRide must be received Twelve (24) Hours before the contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 50% percent of the trip total. If cancellations are made within OUR (4) hours before the contracted start time, you will forfeit 100% percent of the quoted trip total. Exclusive Hourly Bookings Cancellations for bookings of hourly services must be made at least 72 hours before the contracted start time to avoid a cancelation fee of 50% of the quoted fare.

Is it possible to pay the driver directly?

For a confirmed booking, all payments should be completed in advance.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Rest assured, we monitor all client flights in real-time to adjust for any delays.

How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?

For international flights, the complimentary waiting time is 90 minutes after landing. For domestic flights, it's 45 minutes. Additional waiting time will incur extra charges.

When will I receive my driver's details?

Driver information will be shared with you as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Does the fare include taxes, tolls, and tips?

The service fare includes all taxes and tolls. Gratuity is discretionary.

Where will the driver meet me when I arrive at the airport?

By default, our service is a curbside pick-up. After landing and collecting your luggage, you can contact the driver for precise pick-up details. If you've opted for the meet-and-greet service, your driver will welcome you at the baggage claim area.

One Way/Round-Trip Bookings:

  • To cancel a one-way or round-trip booking without any penalties, you must notify us at least 24 hours

before the scheduled start time.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be

charged 50% of the total trip cost.

  • If you cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be charged the full amount of the

trip.


Hourly Service Bookings:

  • For hourly services, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking time to avoid any

charges.

  • If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled booking time, you will be charged for a maximum of 4

hours at the agreed hourly rate.

Can car seats be added to the service?

Yes, car seats can be added at an additional cost of $15 per seat.

What is the minimum duration for hourly services?

The minimum booking duration for our hourly services is Four (4) hours.
